Dance In Second Life Challenge
This week’s Monday Meme is going to be a photo and/or video challenge to see what kinds of dance animations are your favorite in Second Life and where you like to buy them.Meme Instructions: Share a photo and/or video of your avatar dancing in Second Life. - Which dance are you sharing in the image/video and where is it from? I just got this wonderful skirt and thought a ballet pose would be perfect with it. I found the pose at "La petite morte" and it's called "The Nutcracker Suite The Sugar Plum Fairy - 4". I wont do a video cause I don't have that much time to try out how to do one. Another thing to put on my "SL bucket List"!
- Which is your favorite dance in Second Life? – My favorite dances are all from Akeyo. When you wear the Akeyo Power HUD and you purchase a dance in their store it ads itself automatically into your HUD. My favorite dances are the BRAN dances.
- What are your favorite dance animation stores in Second Life? – I don't dance anymore that often but I would say Akeyo. I also visited numerous stores with amazing dances like Vista Animations and MyAnimation who are definitely worth checking out.
- Are you a frequent dancer in Second Life? – When I started sl it was all I did. Going to clubs and dance all the time. My first dance HUD was with belly dances from Extreme animations which now doesn't look that smooth anymore compared to more recent dances. I found a video here. Tho I used that one more when we had pool parties with our clan. When going to clubs I used my Akeyo HUD or jumped on someones dance HUD.
- Are you a frequent dancer in the real world? – I was yes. I started dancing at a very young age. First ballet, then Jazz ballet and then I got into puberty it was Hip Hop and even BreakDance. I had a boyfriend who was 6 years older then me and he took me to underground clubs and parties and I would dance all night. When I started working as a receptionist in a Hotel I could no longer go out that much our follow dance school as I worked irregular hours. And even after a 6day work week the last thing on my mind was going out all night. Dance school was not an option either and still isn't as I still travel/move often I can't follow dance classes anymore. I do miss it a lot.
